MSK-2150-P is a 150 mm width (6") precision electric rolling press with a 94 mm diameter roller. The rollers coated with PTFE is suitable for sticky metal press to form ultrathin metal sheet. This calendaring machine can be used in AR glove box for processing air/humidity sensitive metals (eg: Li, Na)

Warnings	Never roll materials with hardness > 50HRC Multi-step thickness calendaring needed: While calendaring the sample sheet, make each calendering decrement of 0.02mm comparing with sheet original thickness.  Never calendering decrement over 0.02mm comparing with original sheet thickness each calendering. Must clean roller surface for each rolling and Use acetone to clean and lubricate when not in use to avoid corrosion
