Multifunctional Film Coater: Sheet & R2R, Blade or Slot-Die, 180mm Width up to 120 °C or 200 °C - MSK-H200SR

MSK-H200SR is a compact and multifunctional film coater for a slurry. It can make coating either sheet-to-sheet and roll-to-roll up to 200mm in width. A film applicator (doctor blade) is included, while a slot-die head is also available upon additional request. It is the most cost-effective tool to make electrode films for batteries, perovskite solar cells, and fuel cells.

Long Heatable Vacuum Platform (Top-side rapid IR heating )	The vacuum bed is made of aluminum alloy with a micro-size hole (no bottom heating) Vacuum Chuck Dimensions: 600mm(L) x 300mm(W) Coating width: 180 mm for roll to roll coating 250mm for sheet coating ( 500mm in length ) Rapid IR heating on the top side. Regular resistance heating at the bottom side.  Maximum heating temperature: 120 ºC, the heating rate can be up to 1.2 ºC/s.  Precision digital temperature controller with +/- 1ºC accuracy
Roll-to-Roll System	A compact roll-to-roll system up to 200mm in width is included Motor rpm (Controller display) range: 1 ~ 41 rpm. Speed control range: 2.2mm/s ~ 117.2mm/s 24V DC. motor, Ar gas compatible A 110 - 240 VAC to 24 VDC power adapter is included
Film Applicator Doctor Blade Coating Head	One doctor blade with dual digital micrometer heads is included, which can make a coating of 180 mm width by doctor blade (20 - 200 micron thickness adjustable, other width is also available upon request). A hybrid film applicator with 180 mm doctor blade and 150 mm width slot die head is available upon request at extra cost. Vacuum Pump (optional)	A vacuum pump is optional for the vacuum chuck to make the sheet-to-sheet coating
