 MSK-PWHM-CP is special slot die head with dual channels for simultaneous roll-to-roll bilayers, which is compatible with MSK-AFA-200 (MSK-PWHM-CP160), MSK-AFA-300-LD (MSK-PWHM-CP260), MSK-AFA-MC400-LD (MSK-PWHM-CP360). Bilayer Coating Mechanism Two slurries with different properties were pumped into the slot die channels for bilayer coatings. Coating Head Adjustment Upper coating head: digital micrometer adjustment (thickness resolution of 1 um) Bottom coating head: manual pushing rod adjustment Channels of Slot Die Head Upper channel: semi-sphere, single channel Bottom channel: semi-sphere, two channels Length: 260 mm Materials Slot die head: SUS630 Other parts contacted with slurry: SUS304 Sealing parts: silicone, EPDM, PTFE
