Vacuum Mixer w/ Vac. Pump & 2 Containers (150 & 500mL) & Optional 1L Tank-MSKSFM7

MSK-SFM-7 is designed to produce coating slurry by mixing a small batch of chemicals and compounds in two tanks of 150 ml & 500 ml under vacuum. It has a built-in pump that can vacuum the mixing container to -0.08Mpa and a mixing speed of 320rpm. The vibration plate is located at the bottom to remove the gas bubble before vacuum mixing and disperse the slurry after mixing. It is excellent for preparing battery electrode paste and various ceramic materials in a material research lab. It is compact so that put in a glovebox with N2 gas ( No Ar). Ar compatible 1L mixer is optional

If your slurry amount is too small, please contact us before purchasing to make the gap between the blade tip and jar bottom around 2 mm. Option: 30 mL, 100 mL, and 1000 mL containers are available with extra cost 30ml  100ml 150ml  500ml  1000ml NRTL-and Ar gas compatible version 1000 ml mixer is available from the product option

Vacuum Oil Tank Refill	Notice: Operating the mixer with insufficient oil will damage the pump. Check the oil level window on the right side of the machine. If there is less than half a tank of oil, refill oil from the oil tank opening on the top of the machine.
