Multi-Stack Quartz Thermal Block

• Two fibrous ceramic tube blocks are included for blocking heat radiation from the inside tube. (Ceramic blocks must be fully inserted into the furnace chamber before heating)
• Quartz blocks (optional) are ideal for cleaner processing and higher vacuum efficiency.
• You may order flange support to avoid tube rotating ( click Pic below right )

• One pair of SS 304 vacuum flange is included
• Left flange:
• one thermal feedthrough (for 1/4O.D sheathed thermocouple)
• one needle valve
• one mechanical vacuum gauge -0.1Mpa to 0.15Mpa
• one barb fitting ( click PiC, below left-2 for detail)
• Right flange:
• one KF-25 vacuum port and one needle valve.

• An anti-Corrosive gas-type independent (above 10mbar) digital vacuum gauge with a wide range between 3.8x10^-5 to 1125 Torr is optional. Aside from greater measurement precision, this gauge reduces the risks of chamber explosions caused by the incorrect reading of gas pressures due to gas-type dependency.
• The flange with quartz window is available for in-situ Raman or Mossbauer analysis
