 This is a set of stackable 3'' diameter 200 and 450 mesh sieve with brass made cover and bottom pan. It is an excellent tool to separate the 32~75 microns particles from powder clumps. SPECIFICATIONS: Manufacturing Standard ASTM E-11/AASHTO T-27, M-92 Screen Opening Size Two sieves with stainless steel cloth are included: US standard 200 mesh, 75 micron US standard 450 mesh, 32 micron Dimensions for Each Sieve Overall height: 1-1/4'' Depth to cloth: 5/8'' 3'' Diameter Stackable Cover - Brass made with the ring. Bottom Pan - Brass-made pan with the skirt. Application Note We strongly recommend you only use 32~75 microns powder for dry pressing with MTI dry pressing die and Hydraulic Pressers to prepare the pellets. Powder with particle sizes smaller than 30 microns may slip into the gap between the pushing rod and steel sleeve and cause damage to the sleeve by compression.
