Specifications

 YLJ-PE is a compact motorized hydraulic pump with programmable pressure control up to 65 MPa. It is designed to upgrade the MTI manual hydraulic pump to keep a constant dwelling pressure.

 Power
  • 208-240VAC, 50/60Hz (110V version is available via 500W transformer)
  • 180 W AC motor.
 Controller
  • Built-in digital pressure controller, which is 30 segments programmable to set up multi-step pressurization and dwell time. (Pressure settings have to be monotonically increasing. Multi-step pressure relief is not allowed.)
  • The pumping speed is adjustable to increase the control accuracy according to different pressure ranges.
  • RS485 port is built-in on the control panel.
  • PC control software based on Labview is included. (Please inform us in advance if you would like to purchase a PC as well. We suggest you purchase a laptop from us for the pre-test)
