Description

AM-YLJ-8T is an automated pellet press that automates pressing die assembling, pellet press, die dissembling, and pellet retrieval. This compact, glovebox-friendly unit is programmable via an LCD touchscreen and compatible with various types of powder in a fast and accurate manner for powder pelletization. The modular design can be used solely for 6 samples per batch or pairs with automated MTI materials preparation system for autonomous experiments. The free software advances instrumental communication and data acquisition. Throughput: 60 minutes per 6 samples. Power 120 or 208-240 VAC, single phase, 50/60 Hz. 300 VA Dry pressing die Material: Tool Steel (HRC60-62) Standard: 6 sets of 10 mm diameter dies are included. Operation procedures
