The high-temperature ultrasonic rod with a disc is inserted into a stainless steel chamber and is rotated. The ultrasonic disc is heated when rotating by an induction heater. Open the furnace valve, and let melt flow to the heated ultrasonic disc, the melt will be atomized into the chamber to form small particles via ultrasonic vibration.
