Description

HUT-10T-1100 is a high-temperature testing system capable of testing various materials' tensile, compressive, and creep rupture strength up to 10 metric tons at 1100oC. An inert gas-controlled and vacuum testing system is available upon request.

Testing Mechanism
  • Electric servo motor provides testing force up to 10 metric Tones
  • Force accuracy : +/- 1 % .
  • Displacement range: 10 - 800 mm
  • Displacement accuracy: 0.001 mm
  • Speed adjusting range: 0.00025 mm/s --- 0.025 mm/s
  • Speed accuracy: <= 1%
  • Sample clip: Manually tighten with a sample from 6 mm to 12 mm diameter
  • Working Space: 420 mm width x 600 mm Height
Heating Mechanism
  • The bottom of the machine houses one two-zone heating split furnace, which can heat the sample to 1100 ºC Max. The furnace can be upgraded to 1500 ºC upon request
  • The temperature controllers are programmable with +/- 1ºC accuracy, which is in a separate box unit with two independent controllers
  • The uniform temperature zone is 100 mm within +/- 3 ºC
  • Optional: The air-tightening and vacuum testing system is available upon request at an extra cost.
Control Panel
  • One 17" laptop computer is included to program the machine and furnace with software, Including:
    • Tensile or compress speed and force
    • Heating temperature, heating rate dwell time
    • Display tensile or compression curve
    • Store all testing data in a computer
