5-Side Heating Muffle Furnace (16x16x16", 64L. 2.37 cu ft, 1200°C max.) w/ Dual Temp. Controllers - KSL-1200X-L5

KSL-1200X-L5 is a five-side muffle furnace with an enhanced uniform temperature zone, especially for the front and back sides. A SiC base plate is installed on the bottom of the chamber with a load capacity of 100 kg.

One SiC sheet is placed on the bottom of the chamber ( top of the heating element ) to support heavy sample load up to 100 kg. Double temperature controller to ensure the furnace never overshoots  Thermally efficient ceramic (high-purity alumina fiber) insulation surrounding the chamber provides maximum energy efficiency.  Heavy-duty double-layer structure with a cooling fan to keep furnace exteriors safe to touch.  Built-in vent port removes undesirable contaminants and moisture; extends the life span of the heating elements and furnace.

Laptop, software & WiFi (Optional)	Brand new laptop with Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2013 (30-day free trial) for immediate use. LabVIEW-Based Temperature Control System (EQ-MTS01)enables users to edit temperature profiles, manage heat-treatment recipes, and record and plot data for MTI furnaces.
Gas Inlet and Outlet	A 1/4'' Barbed Gas Inlet/Outlet is installed on the back of the furnace.
Compliance	CE Certified NRTL (UL61010) or CSA certification is available at extra cost.
Application Notes	This furnace is not vacuum-sealed; toxic or explosive materials and gases are not recommended for use with this furnace without the necessary safety controls and supervision.  Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence, and the cracks may be repaired with alumina coating.
