MSK-ESC-R2R is a bench-top electrospinning system with automatic R2R substrate feeding and retrieving unit. The syringe pump provides a smooth and uninterrupted flow enabling uniform spinning. The high voltage power supply delivers a 0-30 kV output voltage range with a maximum current capacity of 1 mA. Heatable vacuum bed assists coating bake-out before collecting. Such a system provides an attendant workflow for nanofiber spinning, coating bake-out, and collecting.
