1200C Max Four-Zone Split Tube Furnace: 47"L Heating zones & Optional 8", 10", or 14" ID Tube - 1200C Max - OTF-1200X-IV-X

OTF-1200X-IV-X is a large split-able four-zone tube furnace with a 47" L heating zone and optional 8", 10" and 145 ID quartz tubes up to 1200°C. The multiple zones tube furnace is enabled to create a 36 "L uniform temperature zone within +/- 2ºC. The quartz tube and vacuum sealing flanges with a pressure gauge & a ball valve are included for immediate use. Three programmable digital temperature controllers are installed with a K-type thermal couple with an accuracy of +/- 1 °C. It is an excellent furnace for annealing, diffusing, and sintering samples under various gas atmospheres.

Optional: A PC may operate the furnace by installing a control module. Eurotherm Temperature Controllers (optional upgrade)	Eurotherm 3000 controller is available upon request  Temperature Accuracy: ± 0.1ºC Recipes: Using a PC tool recipes can be created that can be used to change the operating parameters of the 3000 simply by selecting a new recipe via the HMI. This is very useful where multiple products are processed using the same controller but require different parameters to be set.
Laptop, software & WIFI Control(Optional)	Brand new laptop with Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2013 (30 days free trial) Labview Temperature Control System (MTS01)enables the user to edit temperature profiles, manage heat-treatment recipes, and record, and plot data for MTI furnaces. A wireless remote control provides up to 300 meters of operating range.
