Description

OTF-1200X-IV-X is a large split-able four-zone tube furnace with a 47" L heating zone and optional 8", 10" and 145 ID quartz tubes up to 1200°C. The multiple zones tube furnace is enabled to create a 36 "L uniform temperature zone within +/- 2ºC. The quartz tube and vacuum sealing flanges with a pressure gauge & a ball valve are included for immediate use. Three programmable digital temperature controllers are installed with a K-type thermal couple with an accuracy of +/- 1 °C. It is an excellent furnace for annealing, diffusing, and sintering samples under various gas atmospheres.

  • Double-layer steel case with two cooling fans, which ensure low surface temperature;
  • Energy-saving high-purity fibrous alumina insulation;
  • Buffer types of thermal blocks made of quartz discs are included for better cleanness.

Eurotherm Temperature Controllers (optional upgrade)

  • Eurotherm 3000 controller is available upon request 
  • Temperature Accuracy: ± 0.1ºC
  • Recipes: Using a PC tool recipes can be created that can be used to change the operating parameters of the 3000 simply by selecting a new recipe via the HMI. This is very useful where multiple products are processed using the same controller but require different parameters to be set.
