4" OD larger diameter Alumina tube with high purity 95% Al 2 O 3 material. It can be used at operating temperatures to 1700 o C in both oxidizing and reducing atmospheres. Tubes have been evacuated to 10 -7 Torr at room temperature .

- Do NOT use an alumina tube under a vacuum at a temperature > 1500 °C.
- Max heating or cooling rate < 5°C/ minute.
- Please keep the thermal gradient less than 100°C/ inch to avoid cracking
- Please separate parts from the inside surface of the tube to avoid thermal shock.
- Please handle the tube carefully. No warranty for the tube.
