MSK-EC-200 is a corona (also called Air plasma) treatment machine that is mainly used for the pre-processing of various cast film substrates. This device adopts a ceramic roller for discharging electrodes, it is capable of processing conductive materials such as copper foil, aluminum foil, and others. This device uses high-frequency and high-voltage electric power to generate corona discharge between the electrodes and produce low-temperature plasma, thereby modifying the polarization of the surface of the conductive foil. Such a technique can improve the adhesion of the substrate as well as the coating quality. It is widely used for materials modification, grafting, casting coating, ink printing and etc..
