• Stainless Steel 304 with pure titanium coating:
• Titanium coatings on both inside and outside of the POSITIVE case (bottom part, larger, connects to the Cathode with Al current collector), to prevent electrolyte from reacting with steel during high voltage charging/discharging
• Negative case (the top part with insulating O-ring, smaller, connects to Anode with Cu current collector): made of SS304, you may need to put Spring/Spacer in between this case and anode.
• Sealing Gasket: PP
• Max. working temperature: 80oC

• 0.8 um with 99.7% purity

• Warning： Please never use water clean Al clad case to avoid Aluminium coating oxidization. Please keep the case in the vacuum or glove box if not used for a long time.
• Do not clean the Ti coated case with ultrasonic cleaners. Please clean with alcohol if cleaning is needed.
• We only promise MTI crimper makes good sealing on these cell cases, no guaranty for the other brand crimper
