Description

Die-SP-XX is a customizable square tableting mold, used to press square samples of easily formed materials. The size can be customized according to customer requirements, and the maximum side length of the die core can be 80mm.

  • Do not compress flammable and corrosive materials 
  • Operators must wear protective eyewear
  • The press of the die must be equipped with a protective cover
  • To avoid damaging the core and sleeve, we strongly recommend using a laboratory press to press the samples to ensure uniform pressure at the press interface.
  • Dies with small inner diameters (≤10mm) are more susceptible to eccentric compression, resulting in premature ejector failure, well below rated load. Please place the top/bottom plates and align the die with the centerline of the press.
Application Notes
  • Clean the mold with ethanol before and after each use.
  • After use, coat the mold with anti-rust oil, put it back into the original packaging box and place it in a dry place to prevent the mold from rusting.
