The cell dimension with more details are shown below: A= 24 mm,  B = 8 mm,  D (depends),  E = 5 mm,  L = 140 mm, W = 130 mm,  T~5 mm Testing Procedures: Electrolyte Filling with recommended amount in glovebox. First Time Aging : 40°C, formation time ≥ 24h in a oven. Formation conditions: 25°C, 5 min rest; 0.1C constant current charging to 2.7 V; 0.05C constant current discharging to 1.9 V; Hot Press (eg: MSK-131-HS8 ) Second Time Aging: 45°C, formation time ≥ 24h in a oven Battery Analyzer for charging and discharging. Application: These prototype pouch cell can be used to compare various electrode materials in the same cell structure, but also be useful for studying the electrolyte filling, distribution, and wetting.
