 This is a pair of smart sealing assembly for 4" vacuum tube furnace to seal both ends of OD 100-102 mm( 4") tube without any welding and gluing. One end of flange has a barbed needle valve,1/4" feedthrough for thermocouple inserted and 1/8 NPS valve with installed Mechanical Pressure Gauge. (if you need Compact Digital Vacuum Gauge , please choose from product option at extra cost. If you don't need vacuum gauge, please instruct us when you order, we can take it off, but no price deduction ) Another end flange has a KF25 port with barbed needle valve. You may need KFD25 angle valve before connect the vacuum port to vacuum pump. Please choose the KF25 angle valve at the related product below. Seal tube by tightening screws on the flange without any welding and glue. 1/4" in diameter vacuum sealing assembly will connect with 1/4" rubber hose. Designed for MTI OTF-1200X Desk-top Quartz Tube Furnace. Excellent for any type of tubing: ceramic, glass, quartz and steel pipe. SPECIFICATIONS Package included One Mechanical Pressure Gauge ( Optional: Digital Pressure Gauge ), two flanges, two steel sealing rings, four high temp. silicone O-rings ( 300°C Max.), and six screws Structure Features Seal tube by tightening screws on the flange without any welding and glue. Made of Stainless Steel ( SS304) with double high-temperature silicon O-rings on each flange.
