Vacuum Sealing Assembly (Flange Lip I.D. 104 mm) with Vacuum Gauge and Valves for Alumina Tube - FL104

This is a pair of smart sealing assembly (Flange Lip I.D. 104 mm) for sealing various processing tubes of vacuum tube furnace without any welding and gluing.

SPECIFICATIONS

Package included	One flange with gauge and valve, one flange with valve, two steel sealing rings, four high-temperature silicone O-rings (300oC Max. and six screws)
Vacuum level	10E-2 torr by a mechanical pump 10E-5 torr by a small turbopump and  10-6 torr by hi-speed turbopump
Features	Made of Stainless Steel with double high-temperature silicon O-rings on each flange. One end has a vacuum gauge with a valve, the other end has a valve. Seal tube by tightening screws on the flange without any welding and glue. 1/4" rubber hose can be fitted to 1/4" hose connectors at both ends. Designed for MTI GSL1600-100X and GSL1700-100X tube furnaces. Excellent for any type of tubing: ceramic, glass, quartz and steel pipe. The assembly kit will seal 104 mm diameter (4.1" dia OD) processing tube.

Warning	Must put a refractory tube block in front of the flange (see picture below) to avoid heat radiation melt silicone O-ring. You order a ceramic block in related products. Please do not over tighten the three hex screws on the flanges to avoid overpressure incidents. The recommended torque is 35~40 inch-lbs.
