MSK-TE908-UL is an NRTL-ready Free Fall Tester for lithium-ion battery packs to meet IEC-62133-8.3.3 standard. The unique vacuum chuck is used for holding the battery quickly and the remote controller is included for more safe operation. Control Unit 6" color touchscreen control panel for operating and setting parameters Electric motor with worm gear reducer for raising and lowering the weight In the case of an electrical outage, the weight will be lowered and locked in position automatically Once the parameter is set on the touch screen, a wireless hand-held remote controller will operate the machine within 10 meters distance for the safest operation Venting A venting port with a high-quality exhaust fan is installed in the back chamber which shall be connected to your venting system. (ducting and exhaust system are not included ) Warning: Must keep a venting fan and exhaust system running during battery testing to avoid pressure build-up in the case of a battery explosion. Centrifugal in-line exhaust fan with aluminum flex duct connection is recommended and optional. (Click the picture below to read details) Safety Door A pressure relief door is on the back of the chamber. In the case of a battery explosion, the door will "pop" to release the pressure inside of the chamber.
