MSK-TE908-UL is an NRTL-ready Free Fall Tester for lithium-ion battery packs to meet IEC-62133-8.3.3 standard. The unique vacuum chuck is used for holding the battery quickly and the remote controller is included for more safe operation.

Chamber	Anti-explosion reinforced double-layer steel chamber Inside chamber: made of 1 mm thickness cold rolled SS304 with tensile strength > 500 Mpa Outside casing: made of 3 mm thickness annealed A3 steel with Tensile strength > 400 Mpa Explosion-proof window: L382*W332mm  Double layer 5 mm thick anti-explosion glass with sandwiched shattering-proof film  Max. Working Space in the chamber: L300mm*W250mm*H1000mm Build-in illuminator Rolling wheels are installed on the bottom for easy transportation.
Control Unit	6" color touchscreen control panel for operating and setting parameters  Electric motor with worm gear reducer for raising and lowering the weight In the case of an electrical outage, the weight will be lowered and locked in position automatically Once the parameter is set on the touch screen, a wireless hand-held remote controller will operate the machine within 10 meters distance for the safest operation
Venting	A venting port with a high-quality exhaust fan is installed in the back chamber which shall be connected to your venting system. (ducting and exhaust system are not included ) Warning: Must keep a venting fan and exhaust system running during battery testing to avoid pressure build-up in the case of a battery explosion. Safety Door	A pressure relief door is on the back of the chamber. In the case of a battery explosion, the door will "pop" to release the pressure inside of the chamber. Attention: Do not block the Pressure Relief Door
Compliance	CE certified All electric components ( >24V) are UL / CSA certified The machine is ready to pass TUV(UL61010) or CSA certification at extra cost.
