This product is used for sealing the 20mm OD quartz tube providing better thermal insulation.  It comes with the specification as the following: Max. Working Temperature: 1700 °C Diameter: 16 mm Length:51 mm Application: Specially designed Alumina Block used for sealing the 20mm OD Quartz Tubes. Fit MTI's 1000 °C Compact Hybrid Furnace with Three Tubes & Flanges - KSL-1100X-S3 Application Note: Small cracks may appear on the surface of refractory ceramics over extended use, but it will not affect the usage. This is a normal occurance and the cracks may be repaired by Alumina Coating. Inspect your delivery: Please check the package for any damages before accepting delivery.
