• You may upgrade the temperature controller to the Eurotherm 3000 Series Temperature Controller which is fully compatible with LabVIEW. This package includes a communication cable (RS485 - USB) and software. Click the pic left to view the full spec.

• Premier Grade alumina tube.
• 51 mm (I.D) x 60 mm (O.D) x 800 mm length.
• Four fibrous ceramic tube blocks are included for blocking heat radiation from the inside tube. (Ceramic blocks must be fully inserted into the furnace chamber before heating).
• For 60mm tubes, it is recommended that customers purchase two pairs of tube support to prevent the tube from bending under high temperature (please click on the last picture to order).

• One pair of sealing flange with double silicone high-temperature O-ring is included.
• Two SS needle valves and one dial vacuum gauge are installed with a flange for immediate use. 
• Vacuum pressure can reach 50 mTorr by a quality mechanical vacuum pump and 10^^-5 torr by a turbo molecular pump. Please click the picture below to see the flange assembly details. 

• Standard 1/4‘’ Barbed fittings with needle valves.

• Mechanical Vacuum Gauge (included as standard accessory). This mechanical vacuum gauge measures within a pressure range of -0.1 to 0.15Mpa.
• Digital Pressure Gauge is optional: A gas-type independent (above 10mbar) digital vacuum gauge with a wide range between 3.8x10^-5 to 1125 Torr. Aside from greater measurement precision, this gauge reduces the risks of chamber explosions caused by the incorrect reading of gas pressures due to gas type dependency.

• The tube furnaces with alumina tubes are designed for vacuum or ambient pressure < 3 psig.  
• Attention: A two-stage pressure regulator must be installed on the gas cylinder to limit the pressure to below 3 PSI for safe operation. Click here to learn about the installation of a gas regulator.
• The gas flow rate should be limited to < 200 SCCM ( or 200ml/min )
•  Vacuum pressures may only be safely used up to 1500°C
