| Processing Tube |
- Premier Grade alumina tube.
- 51 mm (I.D) x 60 mm (O.D) x 800 mm length.
- Four fibrous ceramic tube blocks are included for blocking heat radiation from the inside tube. (Ceramic blocks must be fully inserted into the furnace chamber before heating).
- For 60mm tubes, it is recommended that customers purchase two pairs of tube support to prevent the tube from bending under high temperature (please click on the last picture to order).

Sealing Flanges
|
- One pair of sealing flange with double silicone high-temperature O-ring is included.
- Two SS needle valves and one dial vacuum gauge are installed with a flange for immediate use.
- Vacuum pressure can reach 50 mTorr by a quality mechanical vacuum pump and 10^-5 torr by a turbo molecular pump. Please click the picture below to see the flange assembly details.

Fitting Ports

- Standard 1/4‘’ Barbed fittings with needle valves.
- For supplying high-pressure gas, you may replace the standard barbed hose fitting with the 304SS 1/4" Swagelok® Tube Fitting, please click underlined to order.
- Optional: In order to increase the throughput and achieve high vacuum, you may replace the standard barbed hose fitting with the KF25 adapter, please click the underlined to order.

Pressure Measurement / Monitoring

- Mechanical Vacuum Gauge (included as standard accessory). This mechanical vacuum gauge measures within a pressure range of -0.1 to 0.15Mpa.

Digital Pressure Gauge is optional: A gas-type independent (above 10mbar) digital vacuum gauge with a wide range between 3.8x10-5 to 1125 Torr. Aside from greater measurement precision, this gauge reduces the risks of chamber explosions caused by the incorrect reading of gas pressures due to gas type dependency.
