KSL-1200J -TGA is a compact muffle furnace ( 4.2L ) with a precision TGA (thermal gravimetric analysis) function. It is a cost-effective tool to analyze the phase transition of various oxide compounds from 100°C to 1200°C in large quantity samples (10 - 100 g) under air ambient conditions. A high-throughput system with robotics is available for autonomous operation. SPECIFICATIONS Furnace Structure 150 x150 x150 mm heating chamber with 4.2 L capacity High-purity alumina fiber insulation surrounding the chamber provides maximum energy efficiency. Heavy-duty double-layer structure with a cooling fan to keep furnace exteriors safe to touch. Double-layer steel case with forced-air cooling to ensure lower safer face temperature. One venting port is built on top of the furnace One air inlet is located at the back of the furnace. Temperature Controllers Eurotherm -3000 Programmable temperature controller is built in +/- 0.1 ºC temperature accuracy. Max. heating rate: 20oC/month One K-type thermocouple. PC control software and interface module are included to show and record the curve, both temperature and weight change One brand new laptop computer is included with restored software Electronic Balance A precision electronic balance is located at the bottom of the heating chamber with a 0.001 g resolution The alumina crucible is set on the balance via an alumina rod Max. weighting 500 g Sample amount: 10 g minimum; 100 g maximum.
