 MSK-5070-AC is a 180mm width ( 7.1 ") heavy-duty electric rolling press with 7.5 horsepower and variable speed, which is designed for rolling metallic material ( < Rc 50) up to 20 mm thickness, such as copper, stainless steel, Nickel alloy, etc. SPECIFICATIONS: Power / AC Converter Input Voltage: 208- 240VAC Three Phase, 50/60Hz 5.5KW Three Phase Motor ( 7.5 horsepower ) Rollers Roller materials: Hardening Cr12MoV Roller size: 132 mm dia. x 180 mm width (~ 5" Dia x 7" width ) Hardness: HRC 60-62 Rolling thickness: 0.02 - 20 mm adjustable Gap accuracy: +/- 0.05 mm Min. thickness is dependent on the materials. The below is based on our experience: Ag: 0.06 mm Au: 0.04 mm Sn: 0.02 mm Cu: 0.06 mm Rolling Speed 0 - 8 mm / second adjustable via Frequency control with constant output power. The speed control unit is in separate box Compliance CE Certified NRTL certification is available upon request at the extra cost. Application Note Never roll materials with hardness > 50HRC The thickness of each time pressing is depending on material thickness. The harder material shall be less press thickness, which customers shall test by themselves for the best parameters For some material that is easy work hardening, you may need to anneal it by furnace after each rolling.
