250°C Tape Casting Coater with Heated Vacuum Bed (250Wx400L mm) & Doctor Blade - MSK-AFA-H200A

MSK-AFA- H200A is an NRTL standard Compact Tape Casting Coater with a vacuum chuck hotplate up to 250ºC and an active carbon filter on the top cover to protect the lab environment. It is an excellent tool to make high-temperature polymer coating or conductive ceramic film on various substrates.

Film Applicator	180 mm width applicator with micrometers for adjustment of coating thickness. (Pic. 1) 24VDC motor driving mechanism, which can be used under Ar gas glovebox. Optional hybrid film applicator with a doctor blade and a slot die is also available at an extra cost (Pic. 2)

Top Cover and Filter	An active carbon filter and venting fan are installed on the top cover  The filter will remove organic vapor to make the lab environment safe & clean
