 MSK-AFA-III-HDS-150 is an economic hybrid film coater with a vacuum chuck and bottom heater, which can make tape coating and slot-die coating via a special hybrid film applicator up to 320mm L x 100 - 150 mm W from 5 - 100 microns. . It is an excellent tool to research films of perovskite solar cells, fuel cell proton exchange membrane, and the battery electrodes.
