• Vacuum chuck made of Aluminum alloy with < 1.0 mm hole
  • Vacuum Chuck Dimensions: 609 mm (L) x 300mm (W) (24“L x 12" W)
  • The chuck is heated up to 120°C by a digital temperature controller with +/- 1ºC accuracy
  • One vacuum pump is required, but not included, please order separately.

• Moving Speed: One pushing bar is included for moving film applicator at speed of 5 - 100 mm/sec variable
• Moving Length: 10 - 550 mm adjustable by Adjustable Position Switch

• Film coating head consists of one fixed PTFE 250 mm width doctor blade and one 200 mm width removable slot die head ( click Pic. 1 below to see detail).
• The gap between the coating blade and the substrate plate is adjustable with +/- 1-micron accuracy via dual digital micrometers. (Pic. 2)
• Doctor blade: 250 mm width for minimum thickness of 0.010 mm film
• Slot die: 200 mm width for minimum thickness of 0.005 mm film

Digital Syringe Pump 

• Digital syringe pump with a easy to use control panel screen is included for slot-die coating
• Holds small or big syringes up to 200 mL and remembers previous settings on power-up
• Pumping rate: 1.963μL/min with a 10 μL syringe and 294.524mL/min with a 200mL syringe
• The movement speed of the plunger: 15cm/min (Max) 0.0001cm/min (Min)
• Multiple operating modes: Infuse only, Withdraw only, Infuse/Withdraw, Withdraw/Infuse, Continuation

• In order to achieve better coating by the slot die, slurry's Viscosity and dispersion is very important.
