 MSK-AFA-L1000-HDS is an economic, but precision film coating machine which can coat film with5 microns thickness up to 1100 mm Length. One special hybrid film applicator is included which can do both slots die coating for thin film (< 10 microns) and tape casting for thick film coating (> 10 microns). It is an excellent tool to research film coating for perovskite solar cells, fuel cell proton exchange membrane, and the battery electrode. The gap between the coating blade and the substrate plate is adjustable with +/- 1-micron accuracy via dual digital micrometers.
