MSK-SFM-65 is a compactthree-rollmill, capableof homogenizing, grinding, or dispersing viscous slurry or paste. High viscosity slurry or paste can be quickly sheared, pressed and impacted down to idea thickness by extremely high centrifugal forces of rotating rolls. The compact body permits the use in a limited space in the laboratory. Three rollers are made of zirconia, offering hard, smooth, and chemical resistant surfaces. Cooling water can be pumped into three rolls to remain the temperature of the roller surface, preventing the slurry or paste from oxidized while processing. Roller spacing is adjusted manually with a quick engagement mechanism by the use of four handwheels. Two additional handwheels are placed on the top, allowing to adjust the width of slurry or paste.
