Description

MSK-AFA-E400-UL is a CE Certified and UL inspection ready automatic and faster roll to roll coating system for battery electrode with 4 meters/minute max. coating speed ) It is perfect for prototypes of new generation rechargeable batteries. It is integrated with the functions/ features of metallic foil roll unwinding (reeling out), slurry feeder, coating blade, baking oven, and final electrode winding (reeling in) together with touch screen operation for customer's utmost convenience. Max. Power Consumption

  • 30 KW, the power for each heating chamber with 1.5 meter is around 9 kW.  
  • Each heating chamber is suggested to connect separate power input.
