OTF-1200X-III-UL is an 8" ID split-able three-zone tube furnace with 24" L heating zone up to 1200°C. The multiple zones tube furnace is enabled to create a 12"L uniform temperature zone within +/- 2ºC. The quartz tube and vacuum sealing flanges with a pressure gauge & a ball valve are included for immediate use. Three programmable digital temperature controllers are installed with a K-type thermal couple with an accuracy of +/- 1 °C. It is an excellent furnace for annealing, diffusing, and sintering samples under various gas atmospheres.
Please view " Tailoring the Edge Structure of Molybdenum Disulfide towards Electrocatalytic Reduction of Carbon Dioxide " published by ACS Nano, on Dec 07, 2016, in which an MTI OTF-1200X three-zone furnace was used OTF-1200X-III-UL series for Ta and Nb-doped MoS2 synthesis.
