Description
EQ-PF-C is an air-tight and compact solid powder feeder. It is designed for automatic feeding of solid particles or powders under vacuum and high-pressure conditions. The vacuum level is ≤5*10-2 torr, and it has a maximum pressure resistance of 0.3 MPa.

Application Note
Feeder-Tube Furnace Assembly

- You may connect this feeder with a rotation furnace to achieve solid powder feeding automatically (pic.1).
- In order to keep solid powder flow into the processing tube smoothly under a controlled atmosphere, you may need a tube flange with a KF25 opening (pic.2)
- Powder grain size shall be around 200 mesh.
