Description

SEKTQ250D-SR is a unique wet film applicator 250mm with a PTFE slurry slot (180mm coating width) and a stainless steel doctor blade frame. Dual micrometer heads are included for knife blade adjustment and the operator can set the blade clearance by adjusting the digital micrometers. It is an excellent tool to make a quality film for material research laboratories to make ceramic tape casting, battery electrodes, and various coating at a lower cost.

Features

Dual digital micrometers are built-in to adjust the wet film thickness between 0 - 5000 microns.
Built-in PTFE slurry slot with 180mm coating width to make coating material evenly distributed ahead of the blade.
PTFE features high-performance anti-corrosion and higher thermal resistance up to 200°C (< 10mins).
The PTFE buffering pads are installed on the bottom of the doctor's blade to reduce friction.
