SKJ-ARC is a single-crystal grower with four gun arc melting in the vacuum chamber and pulling and rotation mechanism. The crystal grower is designed for growing the single crystal of high-temperature metallic alloy up to 3000°C

Power Supply	Input voltage: 220 VAC selectable, single phase Input power: 15KW. (One 40A breaker is installed in the power supply. Recommended wall breaker amp ≥ 75A) Output DC output: Four guns for arc melting each gun 15 V / 185 A at 35% duty cycle  Pulse DC and AC output modes are available Foot pedal control of the output current
Vacuum Chamber	The vacuum chamber is made of SS304 with the water-cooling jacket Chamber size: Φ257*360mm Vacuum level: 10-2 torr by the mechanical pump and 10-5 torr by turbopump The vacuum pump is not included, please click the below picture to choose one based on your budget
Crucible	Water-cooled copper crucible plate with 70 mm Dia. × 15 mm depth  Max. melting amount in 70 mm single cavity crucible is about 100g Fe based  > 110 L/Minute at 30oC recirculating water flow is required The water chiller is not included. please click the picture left to order
Pulling Mechanism	Pulling Speed: 0.2 - 10 mm/h  Pulling Rod Rotation Speed 0.03 - 40r/min Pulling travel distance: 0 - 70 mm Faster travel: Manual operation  Optional: A water cold pulling rod is available upon request at extra cost.
