Specifications

 SKJ-ARC is a single-crystal grower with four gun arc melting in the vacuum chamber and pulling and rotation mechanism. The crystal grower is designed for growing the single crystal of high-temperature metallic alloy up to 3000°C

 Power Supply 
  • Input voltage: 220 VAC selectable, single phase
  • Input power: 15KW. (One 40A breaker is installed in the power supply.
  • Recommended wall breaker amp ≥ 75A)
  • Output DC output:
    • Four guns for arc melting
    • each gun 15 V / 185 A at 35% duty cycle 
  • Pulse DC and AC output modes are available
  • Foot pedal control of the output current
Vacuum Chamber
  • The vacuum chamber is made of SS304 with the water-cooling jacket
  • Chamber size: Φ257*360mm
  • Vacuum level: 10-2 torr by the mechanical pump and 10-5 torr by turbopump
