Description

SKZD-2 slurry feeder is designed for both Unipol-802 and Unipol 1502 polishing machines. Also, it can be used for any small lapping and polishing machine to achieve abrasive and polishing slurry feeding automatically.

  • The plastic rolling container can take the volume of slurry up to 1.0 Gallon (~3.8L) for long time polishing

Application Notes
  • Mixing abrasive ( < 40 microns ) with D.I. water or lubricant, and rotating 10 minutes before opening the valve to feed slurry at the fastest speed.
  • If your abrasive powder size > 40 microns, we will enlarge feeding port diameter upon request
  • A spare 1 gallon rolling slurry container is available at $495/ea
