Pls reduce coil cycle number to keep the heater operating under Max power Melting time and temperature are related to materials, the crucible, refractory insulation, etc.  You may melt metal samples in a vacuum using a 60mm dia half-open quartz tube with a vacuum flange/valve. Warning	To prevent internal circuitry damage: Never allow the inductive current to exceed 800 A when the unit is in use. The maximum time duration for running the unit at the 600~800 A working current range should not exceed 60 seconds.
