Description

STX-50QX is a diamond wire curve cutting machine, which is designed for cutting irregular-shaped samples of non-conductive materials, such as ceramics and polymer composites. The machine is controlled by the included PC and software. As long as inputting a 2D drawing, it will cut the sample automatically with Max.  sample size of 100 x150 x 50  (mm)

Application Note
  • Different material requires different cutting parameters
  • It is the customer's responsibility to find the best cutting parameter.
  • Diamond wire is consumable. Usually, service life is less than 30 hours at 1- 2 mm/minute cutting speed. Please prepare enough spare diamond wires
  • Online training is available upon request at a reasonable cost
