Description

 YLJ-HP-100E is a 5T max. electric mechanical flat-panel hot press (hydraulic oil-free), which is targeted for the welding or film transfer of wafers, which can handle the maximum sample size: 135mm × 135mm × 40 mm, the maximum operating temperature is 500°C, and the sample can be applied to a maximum pressure of 5T. It is suitable for pressing ceramics, new materials, new energy, superconducting, building materials, and other field sample preparations and materials. Also, it can be used to measure the pressure variation of pouch-type solid-state batteries during battery charging and discharging. 750°C Max version is available upon request.  The compact hot press can be put into a glovebox . And the data displayed on the touch screen is more intuitive and convenient and fast. Application Note: This pressure is designed for using an insider glovebox with inert gas, including Ar gas One KF 40 feedthrough will be needed if you put the temperature control box outside the glovebox, which is available upon request at the extra cost. Water Chiller (Optional) Upper and lower platens are water-cooled, which prevents the press from overheating and provides rapid cooling. A water chiller is required but not included. MTI's circulating Water Chiller KJ5000 is available. Controlling Software(Optional) Connect to the computer to set the parameters to control the equipment via PC. The pressure curve shown in the software is more intuitive, and data can be exported for the comparison of multiple experiments. This flat hot press also can connect to a battery analyzer to measure the pressure variation of solid-state batteries during the charging and discharging of pouch cells.
