 YLJ-HP-200T series Pneumatic Hot Press equipped with a precision constant pressure controller within +/- 0.5 kg up to 1.6T and 200°C. It is designed for testing the effect of pressure on solid-state battery performance, and also can be used for the SEI formation and lamination of solid-state battery electrodes under hot pressing. This device is Ar gas compatible and can be used in the glove box. SPECIFICATIONS: Pneumatic Press Max. Load: 1.6 T ( 1600 Kg or 150KN) Pneumatic cylinder travel distance 200 mm Max. Working area: optional 300 x 300 mm ( 12"x12") or 5 00 x 500 mm ( 20"x20") Max. working height: 0 - 110 mm Driven by any standard air compressor or inert gas tank, which is not included. 0.2 ~ 0.8 MPa of air pressure supply is needed. Attention: If a gas cylinder is used instead of an air compressor (pic2), a two-stage pressure regulator (pic1) must be installed on the gas cylinder to limit the pressure within the required working range for safe operation.
