YLJ-WD-6 is a wire drawing machine with a series of diamond dies to make thin wire from 1 mm to 0.2 mm. This device is necessary for wire preparation of metallic wire for AM (Click here to see details) or called WAAM ( Wire arc additive manufacture ) SPECIFICATIONS: Power 208- 240V, single phase, 50/60Hz 2.5 KW AC motor 380VAC, three-phase is available upon request Wire Drawing Die Two sets of 12 holes diamond die plates are included for precision wire drawing The first set of hole diameters: 1.0, 0.9, 0.8, 0.7, 0.65, 0.60, 0.55, 0.50, 0.45, 0.425, 0.40, 0.375 The second set of hole diameters: 0.35, 0.325, 0.30, 0.275, 0.25, 0.225, 0.20 For the most metallic with RC < 50, only can draw to 0.2 mm A coolant praying head is included The automatic winding device is built-in Note: Diamond die is consumable Customize die is available Drawing Speed 0 - 50 mm/minute adjustable Compliance CE Certified NRTL certification is available upon request at an extra cost Application Note Never draw materials with hardness > 50HRC For some material, you may need to anneal it by furnace after each rolling to avoid work hardening
