Automatic Feeding Furnace
|
- The compact automatic powder feeder is mounted on the tiltable furnace via air-tight swivel assembly. (Pic 1)
- The proper connection ensures a uniform feeding rate and the tube rotation undisturbed under a controlled atmosphere. (Pic 2-3)
- Feed rate adjustable by the potentiometer knob, 97cm^3/min max.
- One stainless steel tank ( 2 Liter Capacity ) is installed on the other end of the processing tube to gather the fired powder without exposure to air.

Heating Zone Length

- Three Heating Zones: each zone length 8" (200 mm), total 24" (600 mm) heating zone
- Constant temperature zone: 200 mm within +/- 1oC if two zones at the same temperature.
